• Clear plex
• Milk (semi opaque) plex
• Black laminate (Wood)
• White laminate (Wood)

Can the counters fit in a 10×10 booth or are they too big?

It’s perfect for any size booth!

Do these displays come with locking doors ?

Many of our kits include locking doors!

Does my counter come with extra hardware?

Yes. You will be provided with 2 extra 5/16 #18 1/2” bolts, an Allan wrench, and extra bolt hole covers.

What size are the bolts?

18 1/2” #18

How long does it take to set up?

We provide assembly instructions and a tutorial video explaining assembly. The goal is for someone of any age or experience to be able to assemble this counter in under 10 minutes. Specialized tools or skills are not required. We recommend testing the setup in your office before bringing it out to a show. New customers typically take around 15 minutes to assemble the counter the first time, but come in well under 10 minutes on subsequent tries.

Do you sell replacement hardware kits?

Yes. We use common sizes of hardware to make replacement as easy as possible. Call us or feel free to go to a local hardware store if you need replacements.

What happens if a part is damaged when I receive it?

We put each unit through rigorous QA tests to ensure that they can be easily assembled. If you encounter a manufacturer defect, we will attempt to repair or replace the frame after you have returned the damaged part to us.

How do I fix stripped threads if I'm at an event?

Buy a 2" 1/4" #20 bolt and wing nut then push the bolt through the hole and secure it with the wingnut on the other side of the frame.

How tight should I tighten the bolts?

All bolts should only ever be "hand-tight." This prevents damage to the panels, frames, holes, and hardware.

Why are the bolts are hard to turn?

Sometimes there is a bur in the metal or a panel has a tight fit. On these occasions you'll need to use the supplied hex key to properly fasten the bolt.

Are the panels interchangeable?

Yes!

How should I clean my clear or milk plexiglass?

Over time, cleaning-chemicals can break down plastic. We recommend cleaning the panels with mild dish-soap mixed with water, and a lint free cloth.

Is it necessary to pack the frames in the original bags?

The bags protect the parts from damage during transport. We recommend using them.
